This month we’ve got an excellent St. Patrick’s Day cocktail, courtesy of the marvellous Jamie Stephenson:
Name: Green Muse
Contributor: Jamie Stephenson
- 35ml Sebor Absinth,
- 15ml Green Apple Liqueur,
- 1 Kiwi,
- 25ml Lemon Juice,
- 26ml Sirop de Gomme
Method: Muddle the kiwi in a shaker glass, add the other ingredients and ice and shake well. Strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice and garnish with a lemon slice and kiwi.
