Last month we asked you to write a short story about Absinthe. There have been some awesome entries and some very long stories that have kept me busy reading this Christmas! Instinct
She watched on television the newly-hatched snakes immediately snaking off on urgent snake business and admired their purposefulness. Just as she admired dogs when, dog-certain, they followed their confident noses to apparent predestinations. She would emulate them. She too would follow instinct.

This month I’m going to let you in on another of our wonderful head office cocktails! We’ve been enjoying this one all Christmas as it’s very easy drinking so here it is:

Name: Christmas Mule

Contributor: Team Sebor Absinth!

• 1 shot Sebor Absinth,
• 1 shot Volare Strawberry,
• 1 can Fiery Ginger Beer,
• 1 Wedge of Lime.

Method: In a rocks glass with plenty of ice add the shot of Sebor and Volare Strawberry then top with the fiery ginger beer. Slightly squeeze the lime and leave floating in the top, enjoy with friends!
