This month’s tipple of choice is from our very own Director, Mr Jeremy Hill. It’s called Bull Rush and is not for the faint of heart!
Name: Bull Rush
Contributor: Jeremy Hill
- 1 shot Sebor Absinth,
- 1 shot Vodka,
- 1/3 Dry Gin,
- 1/3 French Vermouth,
- 1 can of Red Bull
Method: Mix first three ingredients and pour over ice. Then stir the next three ingredients, strain and layer carefully on top of first ingredients, and serve.
