Damien Hirst attended an absinthe-fuelled weekend for artists and poets in Devon a few years ago, hosted by the Dutch owners of the Broomhill Art Hotel and Sculpture Gardens, a country house nestled next to an enormous red stiletto. He designed a crazy-golf course for the occasion, in which a pair of hairy buttocks concealed a cunningly-positioned hole.

After our last shipment of Prava Slivovice was stolen along with bottles and bottles of Sebor Absinth in February, we're happy to tell you it's now back in stock. Only a few bottles of slivovice are exported from the Czech Republic every year; it takes a surprising number of specially selected plums to produce a small amount of this delicious plum brandy. • 15ml Sebor Absinth
• 25ml Volare Forest Fruit liqueur
• 15ml EFFEN Black Cherry Vodka

Layer the ingredients in a shot glass by pouring them in very slowly, one at a time, over the back of a spoon.
