Wildemule
by Jeremy Hill - 1 shot Sebor Absinth TM
- Freshly squeezed lime-juice
Pour over ice. Charge with ginger ale.
Hemingway
by Ernst Hemingway - 2 shots Sebor Absinth TM
Build over two ice cubes with champagne. Serve in a Champagne flute.
Applesinth
by Unknown - 1 shot sebor
- 1 shot apple schnapps
- 1 shot passion fruit syrup
- 2 shots apple juice
- 1/2 shot lime juice
- 1/2 Brandy
Shake and strain ingredients with crushed ice, then serve in a cocktail glass, Garnish with a lime twist.
Absinth Sour

- 1/s sugar syrup
- Freshly squeezed lemon
- Egg white
Shake over ice - strain & serve
Absolution

- 2 shots Krupnik (honey liquor)
- 3 splashes ginger cordial
- Fresh lime juice, orange juice, apple juice
- Ginger ale
Absinth Ritual

- Sugar cube
- Iced Water

- 1/3 Hennessy VSOP
- Splash Cointreau
- Angostura bitters
Stir over ice, strain and serve. Garnish with an orange wedge.
B55
by Unknown- 1/3 shot coffee liqueur
- 1/3 shot bailey's
- 1/3 shot sebor
Layer ingredients in a shot glass.
Bull Rush
by Jeremy Hill - 1 can red bull
- 1 shot vodka
- 1 shot sebor
- 1/3 Sebor Absinth TM
- 1/3 Dry Gin
- 1/3 French Vermouth
Mix first three ingredients and pour over ice. Then stir the next three ingredients, strain and layer carefully on top of first ingredients, and serve.
Sazerac
by Unknown- 1 shot Sebor Absinth TM
- 2 shot Bourbon
- 1 shot sugar syrup
- 3 splashes Peychaud bitters
- 3 splashes Angosturas bitters
Shake over ice and serve
Purple Prose
by Jamie Stephenson- 45ml Sebor Absinth TM
- 120ml Sprite
- 15ml Grenadine
Pour into a tall glass filled with cubed ice and stir
Sunset
by Jamie Stephenson- 35ml Sebor Absinth TM
- 20ml Creme de Cassis
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sirop de Gomme
Shake ingredients very well and strain into a chilled martini glass
Green Muse
by Jamie Stephenson- 35ml Sebor Absinth TM
- 15ml Green Apple Liqueur
- 1 Kiwi
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sirop de Gomme
Muddle the kiwi in a shaker glass, add the other ingredients and ice and shake well. Strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice and garnish with a lemon slice and kiwi.
Forbidden Breeze
by Jamie Stephenson- 50ml Sebor Absinth TM
- 10ml Lime Juice
- 80ml Cranberry Juice
- 60ml Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
Pour into a tall glass filled with cubed ice and garnish with a wedge of lime.
L'Heure Verte
by Jamie Stephenson- 45ml Sebor Absinth TM
- 20ml Elderflower Cordial
- 50ml Apple Juice
- 100ml Cranberry Juice
Pour into a tall glass filled with cubed ice and garnish with apple
...With Bandaged Ear
by Jamie Stephenson- 30ml Sebor Absinth TM
- 20ml Creme de Bananes
- 15ml Coconut Syrup
- 20ml Cream
Shake very well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with banana.
Absinth Without Leave
by Jamie Stephenson- 1/3 Black Sambuca
- 1/3 Bailey's
- 1/3 Sebor Absinth TM
Pour carefully in order into a shot glass over the back of a spoon so each layer floats on the preceding one.
Absinth Flip
by Jamie Stephenson- 25ml Sebor Absinth TM
- 25ml Triple Sec
- 5ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sirop de Gomme
- 1 Egg
- 25ml Cream
Shake very well and strain into a chilled goblet. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg
Verlaine
by Jamie Stephenson- 35ml Sebor Absinth TM
- 15ml Peach Liqueur
- 15ml Sirop D'Orgeat
- 3 Mint Leaves
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- Dash Egg White
Shake very well and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with Mint Sprig and Star Anise.
